Pursuant to the terms of the 7.50% Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares Series A of New Residential (“Series A”), the board declared a Series A dividend for the third quarter of 2021 of $ 0.4687500 per share.

Pursuant to the terms of the 7.125% Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares Series B of New Residential (“Series B”), the board declared a Series B dividend for the third quarter of 2021 of $ 0.4453125 per share.
