The event takes place July 19 in Arc on Phinny Ridge. Guests can sample hand-picked Mexican wines paired with dishes designed to match. Not only that, but the importer will also be present, so you can go as far as you want on the questions. It’s definitely a tasty way to learn.

However, the event page states that “a full wine list will be paired with an inspired 5-course dinner, hosted by Arc chefs Brandon Lancaster and Demond Thomas II.” So it looks like you just have to attend for a tasty and thirst-quenching surprise.
